You should download this GSM Module Library for Proteus and then draw a simulation and test your code. Simulation is necessary for designing your projects. So first draw of simulation of GSM with Arduino and then test your hardware.

You should check this post out: Interfacing of 18B20 with Arduino They have shown how to interface 18B20 temperature sensor with Arduino. Code and schematic is given in this tutorial.
