Hetvolgende gebeurt er als ik serialprint doe met deze code:

Kun je de hele code laten zien, en nog eens vertellen wat je vraag is ?
Ik begrijp het niet meer, ik weet bijvoorbeeld niet eens wat 'outp' eigenlijk voor variabele is en wat die doet.

Case 0 en Case 1 gebruik ik om via de webserver (telefoon) mijn 2 lampen aan en uit te schakelen via 433mhz.
Case 2 wil ik gaan gebruiken voor een alarm op mijn poort in de tuin, hiervoor gebruik ik een 433mhz deursensor die ik eerder besproken heb.
Dit is de code van die deursensor:

Ik ben er ook nog niet achter wat nico bedoeld :? Ik zie 60000 staan, dat past volgens mij niet in een integer.

Welke libraries gebruik je ? Nu heb ik toch maar weer mijn kristallen bol schoongepoetst :shock: Denk je dat Blue Wonder het schoon genoeg heeft gemaakt ? ;) Want ik heb deze library gedownload : https://github.com/sui77/rc-switch
Is dat dezelfde die jij gebruikt ? Is die compatible met het Mega 2560 board ?

Ik heb de include voor "NewRemoteTransmitter.h" en "NewRemoteReceiver.h" weggehaald, omdat je ze niet gebruikt. Misschien gebruiken die een timer of interrupt zodra je ze include.

Ik gebruik Arduino.cc 1.6.12, en ik heb geen oude rommel van 1.6.9 of ouder in de verborgen map "Arduino15" staan.
Bij de voorkeuren heb ik de uitgebreide weergave van de compiler aan staan. En ik heb regelnummers aan staan.
Ik krijg een normale foutmelding van de compiler, zoals "'protocol' was not declared in this scope" met het regelnummer er bij.
Je hebt 'protocol', bitlength, 'value' lokaal gedeclareerd en je gebruikt ze in een andere funktie.

Als ik zorg dat het compileert, dan gebruik je 66% van het ram.
Ter vergelijking: Mijn Arduino Mega 2560 + Ethernet shield met Webserver, SD, NeoPixel, FTP, NTP, email, TelNet, ThingSpeak, vele sensoren en nog veel meer, gebruikt bij mij 24% van het ram :geek:

Het is hier al zo vaak gezegd..... String fragmenteert je geheugen. Ik heb al eens wat testjes gedaan en op den duur wordt het RAM een grote gatenkaas totdat er geen groot genoeg stuk gealloceerd kan worden.

Het grootste gedeelte van het RAM wordt opgegeten door als die client.prints.... Als die constanten kun je beter verhuizen naar het Flash ( F(" ...") ) geheugen. Naast dat bij het opstarten al die constanten vanuit het Flash eerst worden gekopieerd naar het RAM (.data segment) geheugen worden gekopieerd.

Het is inderdaad dezelfde RCSwitch, En deze sketch werkt al een half jaar op mijn mega, zolang schakel ik mijn 2 lampen al met de webserver.
