twijfel aan defect

Hee,

ik ben nieuw in de "Arduino wereld", al zeg ik dat ook niet helemaal juist, ik heb vorige maand een Funduino Mega 2560 gekocht en hier wat sensors en shields bij besteld, nu krijg ik van een mpu6050 (GY-521) op geen enkele manier data, dit is ook niet zo vreemd wat ik krijg elke keer de volgende reeks voordat ik alleen 0 terug krijg:

MPU6050 connection failed code1

Dit gebeurt als ik uit de I2C Lib het DMP6 voorbeeld gebruik.

Nu is het zo dat als ik een sd kaart logger aan sluit volgens een tut, ik hier ook een foutmelding krijg. Kan ik het dan echt niet of is er wat mis met die Funduino?

Welkom. Hoewel het zou kunnen dat het bordje defect is, zou jij willen aangeven:
a) hoe je de sensor hebt aangesloten en op welke ?
b) welke code je gebruikt?

Hoi Nico,

De sensor heb ik met jump wires aangesloten, zonder breadbord.

dan is dit de volgorde:
VCC 3.3V
GND GND
SCL A5
SDA A4

Vervolgens heb ik onderstaand voorbeeld uit de I2C lib gebruikt

Als ik de I2cScanner http://playground.arduino.cc/Main/I2cScanner?action=sourceblock&num=1 gebruik geeft deze:

Op de Mega2560 zittten de SCL en SDA toch op andere pinnen (20 en 21). Op de UNO is het A4 & A5.
